🛑 If You Receive a Damaged Package
If the parcel you receive looks tampered with or damaged from the outside before you open it, please do not accept the delivery.
Here's what to do:

Once we review your submission and verify the issue, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
🔁 Return / Exchange / Cancellation Policy
You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order, as long as:

The product is unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

You have a valid proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation email/SMS).
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

You received a damaged item.

You got the wrong product.
💡 In such cases, we will bear the return shipping charges.
❌ Refunds Not Allowed If:

The item is in good condition and matches your order.

The return request is found to be false or misleading.

The product has been used, altered or damaged by you.
💸 Refund Process

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.

For COD/POD payments (paid via UPI/Debit/Credit at delivery), store credit will be issued instead of a direct refund.
🛍️ Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Please note:

No cancellations allowed after dispatch.

Festival offers or special promotions are non-cancellable.

If you cancel after making the payment, we will deduct:

2% payment gateway charge

Any applicable shipping charges (if dispatched)

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.
📦 How to Return a Product

We will share an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions.

Pack the product safely in its original box, clearly mention the RMA number, and send it to the given address.

Use a trackable courier service and keep proof of delivery for your records.
⚠️ Return shipping costs are to be borne by you unless the product is defective or wrong.
