We deliver to most major cities and towns . To check whether we ship to your area, simply enter your PIN code at the checkout page.

📍 Note:
Currently, we do not support multiple delivery addresses in one order. If you want to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

🇮🇳 Free Shipping on All Orders Within India

No extra charges! We offer free standard shipping across India. 😍

🧾 ID Proof May Be Requested

In rare cases — especially if the order value is high or the recipient is unavailable — the delivery agent might request a valid government ID from the person accepting the parcel. This is for your safety, to ensure the product reaches the right hands.

📩 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you the tracking details.
If you have an AUROZI account, you can also go to the “Track Order” page on our website and stay updated.

⏱️ Delivery Timelines

📦 Standard Delivery (All India):

Your order will usually reach you within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
(Delays may occur due to public holidays or government restrictions.)

If there’s an unexpected delay, we’ll notify you and initiate a refund if needed.

⚡ Express Delivery (Select Cities Only)

Express delivery is available in select areas of:

  • Delhi

  • Mumbai

  • Hyderabad

  • Bangalore

  • Chennai

🕑 Place your order before 2:00 PM for next-day delivery.
If ordered after 2:00 PM, the delivery will take 2 working days.
Orders on Sundays or public holidays will take an extra day.

📦 Look for “Express Delivery” at checkout to see if it’s available in your area.

🆔 Accepting Delivery – ID Proof Required

To make sure your order reaches the right person, please keep any one of the following ID proofs ready during delivery:

  • PAN Card

  • Driving Licence

  • Passport

  • Voter ID

  • Aadhaar Card
